Just saw that Infinix has launched the HOT 70 series and I'm curious what everyone thinks.
The biggest thing that stood out to me wasn't even the specs. It's the design. Apparently there's a version called Thermo Orange that changes color depending on temperature, which is honestly something I haven't seen on a budget phone before. The phone also packs a 6000mAh battery, 120Hz display, IP65 rating, and runs on the Helio G100 Ultimate chipset.
But here's my question:
Would you rather have smartphone brands keep pushing unique designs and features like this, or should they focus entirely on better cameras, performance, and software support?
Feels like most phones look the same these days, so I kind of get what Infinix is trying to do here.
For those who've used Infinix devices before, how has your experience been? Would the HOT 70 be something you'd actually consider buying, or is it just another budget phone with flashy marketing?

Honestly I kind of respect Infinix for trying something different. Specs are decent for the price range but at least it doesn’t look like every other rectangle. Whether that color changing thing is useful or just a gimmick is another story though.
6000mAh battery and 120Hz at that price is actually tempting not gonna lie. Has anyone here used a recent Infinix phone daily? I’m more curious about real life performance than the design tbh.
