I’m building a platform called Abeg Fix to make it easier for people in Nigeria to find and connect with artisans and service providers.

Think of plumbers, electricians, mechanics, tailors, carpenters, painters, AC technicians, welders, tilers, barbers, makeup artists and other skilled professionals.

The idea is simple:

Artisans create a profile → showcase their work → people can discover their services.

I'm currently onboarding the first group of artisans, and creating a profile is free.

I'm also interested in hearing from people who regularly hire artisans.

What do you think is the biggest problem when trying to find a reliable artisan in Nigeria?

Is it finding someone nearby?
Knowing whether they're actually good?
Getting someone to respond?
Knowing what they charge?
Or something else?

I'd genuinely like to hear your experiences because I'm building Abeg Fix around this problem.
