Months later, CAF changed the decision. They said Morocco should get the trophy instead. Reason? Senegal players reportedly walked off the field during the game. But many people are confused about why CAF waited so long.
CAF president Motsepe finally spoke. He said: "I gave Sadio Mané the gold, the trophy, and the $10 million. But I must follow the rules."
Senegal has now appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
Fans are angry because changing a winner months after the match seems unfair. If CAF can do this once, they could do it again. Many people no longer trust the system.

I t hink it means they have two sets of rules. One for when Senegal dey carry trophy. Another one for when Morocco don cry tire for media.
