Nobody’s policing her, she’s still doing the ad, still getting paid. Critique isn’t coercion. You can defend her legal/personal right to do it and still ask “why does this specific move get rewarded, and what does it train the market to keep producing?” Those are two different questions and you’re collapsing them into one to dodge the second.
