A quick rant yeahhhh

I rented an apartment with zero aesthetics cause I was gonna transform it myself and was a bit cheaper ( if you are living in uyo you know rent isn't cheap), paid landlord in full, ask if the house had any issues he said no. Fast forward i transformed the place( painted, lighting and all) only for my house to be licking from the roof. Fucking from the roof. Been calling this man to fix it and still giving excuses of i will fix it . I sha threathen i was gonna involve my parent if he doesn't fix it. Please which other method should I tell this Akwa Ibom man to fix my roof ASAP… we are in a fucking Raining season..
