Exactly. Nobody wakes up and just decides to leave their country for fun. There are real pressures pushing people out.
You can’t guilt people into staying. Give them reasons to stay. Stable economy, jobs, security.
Also people abroad still contribute through remittances and investments. Leaving doesn’t mean abandoning the country.
