FG wants to give students 100mb/day?

From October 1, Nigerian students in public secondary and tertiary schools will get 100MB free daily, but only for approved educational sites, not open browsing. Good move for access, or too restrictive to matter much? Would you actually use it, or does 100MB feel like a token gesture?

Yeah we should qualify once e rolls out. But no application portal yet, they said more details dey come from NUC and the universities
