I wrote JAMB in 2022 at Redemption Academy, Akwa Ibom and scored 288.
From early on, I knew if I wanted my preferred course, I couldn’t play with it. JAMB is one of those exams you just have to get right the first time.

What I Did Right
I had a simple study plan, I stayed consistent, I practiced past questions a lot
Where I Fell Short
If I’m being honest, I wasn’t resilient enough where it really mattered, my overall grades.
I focused on JAMB, but didn’t balance everything properly. And that cost me.
The Hard Truth
Be realistic with yourself.
Yes, Unilag comes with perks: exposure, better opportunities, strong networks.And the truth is, the university you attend can influence your career path.
But also understand your current level and plan accordingly.
