Protect the dev team from scope creep

As a PM, you are the shield between the stakeholders (who want 50 new features added by tomorrow morning) and the dev team (who are just trying to get the core code stable).

• I always strive not to be the unqualified PM that will aggressively agrees to every client request and dumps it in the sprint.
• ​I learnt how to say, "That's a fantastic feature request, but it forces us to restructure our entire workflow. Let's log it in the backlog for phase two so we can ship the MVP on time."
